This program, for 1st & 2nd graders, is a wonderful introduction into the exciting world of Science. Curiosity is discussed as an essential element in science exploration. Using literature, puppets, experiments, and music the students are invited to be curious about their world. In this 30 minute program, students will learn new vocabulary and new concepts. Through laughter and puppets, subjects such as water conservation, the human body, animal habitats, and the solar system are presented, discussed, and enjoyed by the students.

This program is presented by enthusiastic and qualified Literacy Alliance volunteers and includes the following: fiction and nonfiction books, puppets, science experiments, and music!
